Be Data Driven
It is essential for project managers to utilize quality data in making informed decisions that will impact their final product. Data allows for less risk in projects succeeding as data can be used as an indicator of how successful a product may turn out. There are a lot of different ways project managers can utilize data including being used in decision making, project surveillance and review, research, and operations management.
