Responsibility
The Hubei Jingzhou PMO is the implementing agency and manages and monitors the project. The key stakeholder’s are kept in the loop and participate in workshops and study tours.

This project aims to develop infrastructure, improve tourism, and conserve cultural heritage by improving transportation and water services, while tracking progress over time for sustainable development in other areas.
